Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing an Associate, Technical, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering (preferred)

• Reliable, Punctual, Attention to Detail

• Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation

• Ability to use computer software, including MS Office Suite

• Comfortable working in the field year-round in various weather

• Willing to work on site location if needed for multiple days

• Ability to move boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, in the field, on uneven ground

Here are some other things to know:

• Starting compensation for this role is $22/hr based on your experience and qualifications

• This is a seasonal role and is not eligible for paid vacation, 401k or health and life insurance.

• Monday to Friday is the typical workweek, however some weekend or evening work may be required

• Work is performed in-person, onsite and HWA and in the field

• HWA is committed to safety, including following all CDC and Washington State Covid 19 Guidelines for workplace safety
