Nicole has over 22 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance and assessments, and approximately 2 years of experience in performing geotechnical field investigations and construction monitoring.  Her environmental experience includes the management of hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Hazardous Materials Analysis Reports, soil and groundwater Phase II Subsurface Investigations, and underground storage tank (UST) site assessments.

 

In addition, Nicole has also successfully managed small to mid-sized remediation projects with the end result of no further action (NFA) statuses issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology and by the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA).

 

Nicole's environmental project experience has included consulting in both the public and private sectors for mixed-use commercial, industrial, and residential properties
